The managing company Jewelberry takes from 30% of the glamping profit for management and control, so we are interested in the development. You get a profit from all the glampings you have invested in which protects you from seasonality and unforeseen situations of a single point.

FAQ
What are the requirements to land?
At least 1 ha for 10 houses + lounge. It is important to take into account:

  • beautiful spectacular view (hills, mountains, on the river, near the lake, in a beautiful coniferous forest, by the sea, on Mars);
  • pieces of water (rivers, lakes, sea), people like when there is a piece of water nearby;
  • ourist routes, paths, tracks,
  • national parks,
  • sights
  • a road so that a car can easily pass through.

The advantage is: electricity, water well and communications on and near the site.
    What are the requirements to communications: electricity/water/sewer?
    Important conditions are electricity (from 20 kW), drinking water (water well or filter on a clean river). Sewer, septic tank or composting toilets. However, the park may also be completely autonomous: generators, solar panels, windmills, micro-hydroelectric power stations, hydro panels.
    Has the issue of production of components of the park been resolved and is it necessary to manufacture something on site?
    Domes are manufactured at our own plant. We provide for a list of components, technical specifications, and recommendations depending on the country and region. Only flooring assemblage and house decoration works are carried out on site as well as furniture is selected or ordered in accordance with the park's concept. We provide for concepts, layouts, drawings, interior and exterior design. Jewelberry has mandatory requirements to the style and quality of the park service.
    Is the glamping design typical or is it worked out locally? Is it necessary to involve an architect?
    The design is typical; modules with a diameter of 6.5 meters (33 sq. m), 8 meters (55 sq. m), lounge 10×10 100 (sq. m); changes are made for a specific landscape or the park concept (mountains, sea, forest). Non-typical solutions are also possible (tents, tree houses, etc.). We provide for project concepts and help with revision thereof.
    How long does it take to construct a glamping if the land meets the requirements?
    The approximate period is 3-4 months from the date of signing all agreements and allocating funds to the account of a local company provided that all the required local contractors and employees (builders) are found in advance. In order to assemble the park, at least 1 foreman and 3 assistants are required. They are to have experience in construction, work with wood and metal, and be able to perform minimal basic works on interior and exterior decoration. Our engineers fully accompany and help with the launch and go to the park territory for erection supervision depending on the terms of cooperation.
    How safe is the dome structure?
    Each dome is intended for wind and snow loads for a certain climate zone where it is planned to be used, and then a profile with a suitable cross-section for the structure is selected. Domes can withstand the wind up to 30 m/s. Noncombustible fabrics with certificate are used. A mobile fire fighting and alarm system is provided.
    How is the issue of cooling and heating the dome solved?
    Each dome is equipped with portable conditioning systems; and under floor heating, radiant warmers, gas and wood-burning fireplaces are used for heating.
